The Scottish poet Robert Burns wrote prolifically, drank similarly, and enjoyed the company of the ladies. Not a bad life (at least for him, and the pride of Scottish folk everywhere). His poetry served as inspiration for the Romantic greats who followed him, from Wordsworth to Shelley, and continues to inspire various celebrations and suppers around the world. So raise a glass and toaste his legacy with "specialty cocktails, Scottish sips, and drams of Scotch and whiskey."
