Not a fan of Texas polka? Then you probably haven't heard of Bubba Hernandez's old band, Brave Combo, with which he won a pair of Grammys. Hernandez has since turned away from his accordion-laced polka roots in favor of a slightly more soulful sound on his new album, Dancing en Fuego, and he's teamed with Los Super Vatos for a two-hour patio session outside the Winspear.
