It may not be cold outside, but it’s just cool enough to make stew a perfectly acceptable choice for dinner. You could reheat a bowl of your ordinary steak-and-potato recipe, and that would be fine. But why not let someone else do all the work? Lavendou has whipped up a steaming batch of bouillabaisse, a traditional fish stew that originated in Marseille, France. Guiltarists Giancarlo and Patrick will provide mood music (French and Spanish jazz) until closing.
