When we were kids, we loved the book The Stinky Cheese Man and Other Fairly Stupid Tales. Oh, fine, who are we kidding? We still love it. And that's because Jon Scieszka's stories, modeled after traditional fairy tales but with a sardonic twist, are hilarious. His other fairy tale parody, The True Story of the Three Little Pigs, inverts the story to paint the formly innocent piggies as the big baddies. Before his sold-out talk, he'll sign books for his youngest fans in the gift shop.
