This is one of those too-amazing-to-be-true stories. During the 1980s, thousands of young men and boys fled the war-torn country of Sudan for parts unknown. Many died. Some ended up settled in the U.S., and at least four of them ended up here in Dallas. A graphic novel about their experience has just been published.
