If you love your sweetie as much as you love local brews and wine, The Gin Mill's got you covered this Valentine's Day. Treat your beloved to a Texas-inspired beer or wine-paired dinner featuring brews from Peticolas, Four Corners, Revolver and Deep Ellum Brewery or wines from East Dallas' Times Ten Cellars. The four course menu will include ratatouille bruschetta, orange and fennel salad, roast pork with celery root and pear puree, and a chocolate cherry torte. But don't stress if the pub-inspired courses don't tickle your fancy, because the regular dinner menu will be available, too.
