Treat your beloved to a Texas-inspired beer or wine-paired dinner featuring brews from Peticolas, Four Corners, Revolver and Deep Ellum Brewery or wines from East Dallas' Times Ten Cellars. The four course menu will include ratatouille bruschetta, orange and fennel salad, roast pork with celery root and pear puree, and a chocolate cherry torte.
