About
If you've just caught yourself humming "La Marseillaise" in the shower for the umpteenth time, we don't have much to say to you other than you better have big plans for the 14th. Celebrate the storming of the Bastille in Dallas' historic La Reunion settlement with mussels, music, dancing, and a slightly relaxed open container law.
Chefs competing in the mussel tasting competition:
Scott Romano, Charlie Palmer
John Tesar, The Commissary
Marc Cassel, Peavy Road
Tim Byres, Smoke
Graham Dodds, Bolsa
Tony Gardizi, Decanter
Matt McCallister, formerly of Stephan Pyles
Judges include Robert Wilonsky, Roy Appleton, Christopher Wynn, Steven Doyle, Nanci Taylor, and our very own Todd Johnson.
