About
The author Ernest Hemingway referred to Paris as "a movable feast" in his masterpiece of a memoir about his gin-soaked days in artistic and literary paradise, an enriching memory that lingers always. The St. Germain hopes to transport you there with a five-course dinner (the dishes are chosen from Hemingway's favorite Parisian restaurants) paired with wine and a Jazz Age cocktail.
Menu:
Oysters on the Half Shell
Escargot Bourguignon
Baked Trout with Artichoke, Caviar
Beef Tournedos, Pomme Frites Sauce Bearnaise
Trio of Fruit Tarts
