The menu consists of historic dishes that reflect the origins of each region to celebrate Bastille Day. Mediterranean music, sangria, and hors d’oeuvres will accompany the five-course tasting dinner paired with wine. Highlighted items include: oysters, clams, langoustines, paella, angel hair with pesto, rosemary broiled sea bass, tart tatin, pastries, and gelato.
