To enter, contestants must complete an entry form (available online at
www.AmericanAirlinesCenter.com) and fax it to 214-665-4270 or e-mail it to
marketing@AmericanAirlinesCenter.com. The deadline to enter is Sept. 30. Twenty contestants will be selected from the entries submitted for the live
culinary competition in AT&T Plaza at American Airlines Center.

This is for all you aspiring chefs out there. Think you’ve got what it takes to create a dish that will leave Dallas Stars and Mavericks fans cheering for more? Prove it by entering the American Airlines Center Chef Challenge: Signature Offering contest. Contestants will prepare an item using ingredients selected by American Airlines and Levy Restaurants. The top five entrants will advance to the finals, where they’ll create their own signature dishes for judging. The winning item will appear on the menu for Stars and Mavs games.
