Ruined State(s) No. 2 is a conceptual project by UTD CentralTrak artist-in-residence Robert Andrade, who is working on a multi-site, privately-funded piece that "excavates" the city plan of Washington D.C. Your ten buck donation at the door helps him out. What's in it for you?
