Uptown: it’s not just for fashionable 22-year-olds who can somehow afford nicer apartments than yours. This daylong festival showcases all the other things to see and do in downtown’s ritzier neighborhood. Take a trolley ride, enjoy food and music, take an historic-home and cemetery tour, participate in interactive pet contests (we don’t know what those are, but we’re game), art and artisan booths, and more. All activities will take place on Fairmount Street between McKinney Avenue and Cedar Springs.
