Abacus and Freemark Abbey Wine Dinner

Since opening in 1999, Abacus has been called the "Most Popular Restaurant in Dallas" by the Zagat survey in 2007 and 2008. Freemark Abbey is a Napa Valley winery that dates back 125 years. It produces a lineup that includes everything from light, crisp white wines to bold red wines. Dinner will be four courses including pan seared skate, duck breast with fresh bing cherries, hickory roasted veal strip loin and grove pressed olive oil cake with goat cheese mousse, toasted almond crunch and orange marmalade.
