You’d think if your last name were Cakebread you’d be inspired to become a pastry chef. Not so Dennis Cakebread, of Cakebread Cellars. Cakebread and Sevy’s have teamed up to create a dinner that sounds crazy-delicious: portabella and goat cheese “meatballs,” lobster salad, pheasant confit, sirloin strip steak, and a chocolate pecan turtle tart.
