His owner says: Nemo has tons of personality. His face is very expressive, and he has a wide range of vocalizations that he uses to make his feelings known. He is funny. People can't help but smile, or even laugh, when they are around him. Once you've met Nemo, you won't forget him. Strangers come up to us all the time because they recognize him from seeing him somewhere before. He makes me happy every day, and I want to share that with others. There is no doubt in my mind he is the cutest dog on the planet.
