His owner says:: Cooper has the sweetest, happiest disposition, and he's friendly to a fault. He loves being around people, and when he meets new people, he gets so excited he can hardly contain himself. Cooper's favorite activities include chasing squirrels, consuming more rawhide than a saddle factory, and watching his owners watch TV. He does have a small toy-hoarding problem, but he has been working through it with a counselor. He's remarkably smart and catches on quickly, but he only follows directions if he's in the mood, or if he thinks he'll be rewarded with a treat. If he weren't so darn cute, his owners might not be as tolerant of his rambunctious personality. Luckily for him, he's so adorable that strangers frequently stop and pay him compliments.
