His owner says: This precious boy was neglected and then surrendered to an area shelter by his owners. He was heart-worm positive and completely covered in filthy, matted fur. Despite his rough start to life, he is just a delightful dog. He loves romping and playing. One of his favorite pastimes is chasing his own tail. Besides his cute behavior and sweet personality, he has the most adorable face. He looks like a new character in a Muppets movie.
