Nosh: Escargot fritters are the bomb, and the warm chocolate souffle cake doesn't look like much, but wow!
Bolsa: Love the vibe and cannot go wrong with the bruschetta tasting.
State & Allen Lounge: A solid standby. I'd starve if it weren't for S&A. If I'm not dining in, I'm taking out.
Fireside Pies: There was a time when a pie was the only thing I wanted to eat. And the cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for friends or a date.
What are your favorite shops in Dallas?
Nordstrom at NorthPark Center: shoes shoes shoes.
Saks at the Galleria Dallas: I buy most of my dresses for events there.

Park: A restaurant AND a bar in back. Love that! Get a change of environment without having to reclaim the car from the valet.
Nodding Donkey: Great place to watch a game. The brisket and ribs rock!
Sfuzzi: Blueberry mojito and meatball sandwich, please. Can't get enough of the patio on a Friday or Saturday night in the summer.

What are your favorite venues in Dallas?
Angelika and Magnolia theaters: I'm a huge fan of foreign and independent films, plus both offer a glass of wine.
Theatre Three: Community theater at its best. Haven't been disappointed yet.
Dallas Summer Musicals: I've seen a lot of Broadway shows, but hadn't seen Wicked till I saw it there. Loved it.
