The grandson of H.L. Hunt (see John Amend, No. 55) has been embroiled with his son, Al Hill III, over part of the family’s fortune. It has not gone well for the younger Hill, who was indicted earlier this year on several felony counts of mortgage fraud. The father and son no longer speak, and the elder Hill told the Dallas Morning News in April: “I had a birthday present delivered to [grandson] Al IV, and it was refused at the door.”
